  2. By submitting the name of a Friend to OnDeck as part of this promotion You agree to these terms.
  3. For the purposes of these terms, Friend means any person who owns or manages a small business in Australia that You refer to OnDeck and may include members of your family. If You have a Friend who You believe is interested in obtaining a loan, You may, with the consent of your Friend, provide OnDeck with the name and contact details of your Friend by completing the online form above. You warrant to OnDeck that your Friend has expressly requested for OnDeck to contact them to discuss their loan options.
  7. If your Friend applies for and obtains a (funded) loan (during the “Promotion Period”) they will receive a $500 discount on the origination fee of that loan, NSW Junior Rugby Union will receive $250, your selected NSW Junior Rugby Union Club will receive $250, and You will receive a $500 Gift Card.
  8. Gift Cards can be claimed from the following retailers: Coles, Myer, JB Hi-Fi, iTunes, Good Food Gift Card, Ticketmaster, Flight Centre, Woolworths WISH, Rebel Sport.
