"Go for Gold" offer commences 9:00am (AEST) 1 July 2024 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) 31 August 2024 "Promotional period" and may be terminated at any time without notice. This promotion is open to OnDeck's accredited brokers (excluding ACT) and is applicable for new customer transactions only.

^~ The time frame required to process and fund loan applications may vary for each individual application. Factors such as the completeness and accuracy of application materials, verification processes, and external circumstances can influence the processing & funding timelines.

¹ Increased commission incentive is applicable to all additional eligible new customer transactions funded during the promotional period, where eligible brokers will qualify for 4% commission on their 1st funded deal (their usual commission); 5% commission on their 2nd funded deal; and 6% on their 3rd and every subsequent funded deal. This increased commission incentive promotion applies to upfront commission on new loans funded during the promotion period and does not apply to loan renewals.

² For each loan funded during the promotional period, eligible brokers will automatically be entered for one (1) entry into our major prize draw. Three (3) winners will receive a total prize pool valued at $5,000 in prepaid VISA gift cards, drawn randomly (1st: $3,000; 2nd: $1,500; 3rd: $500). Each individual broker can only win one of the three prizes. The entry will be in the name of the eligible broker (not separate individuals) and there is no limit on the number of entries (one loan means one entry). Winners will be drawn by OnDeck at 12.00pm (AEST) on 4 September 2024 and notified via email within five days in accordance with the promotion terms and conditions. Gift cards will be dispatched within 14 days after the draw. OnDeck is not liable for disputes between winners and VISA or for lost/stolen gift cards.
