We know that transparency and financial services should go hand in hand. That’s why, as part of a group of six online lenders, OnDeck signed the Code of Lending Practice in June this year.
What has this meant for you? The Code’s aim is to protect small businesses like yours. It promotes high industry standards of service to customers, provides a benchmark for disclosure of financial information and supports compliance with legal and industry obligations. With the Code in place, the Fintech industry is one step ahead when it comes to governance and supporting Australia’s small business sector.
