Small business loan specialist OnDeck Australia today announced the appointment of two new Business Development Managers (BDMs) in Victoria and Queensland to foster the growth of its broker channel.
Adrian Dodson joins OnDeck Australia as the BDM in Melbourne, Victoria. He is a former BDM at Bankwest and has held relationship executive roles across corporate and institutional banking at the Bank of Melbourne, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Westpac. Mr Dodson has a track record of originating and building strong relationships across the Victorian broker market.
Tim Kwast joins as the BDM on the Gold Coast, Queensland after spending over 18 years with National Australia Bank. Mr Kwast spent the last 10 years at NAB in Business Banking manger roles across various geographies, including regional NSW. Through this period, he exhibited the unique ability to grow and build each of the regions he managed. He has a proven track record in establishing and building referral networks.
