ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career in product management, within a supportive and high-performing team working on some big impact initiatives and helping small business succeed! This role provides support to the Product & Business Enablement team in the development and implementation of the product roadmap and strategic business initiatives. Primary responsibilities includes:

  • Working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders across the business to support and manage ongoing changes to OnDeck’s product offer and SaaS platform.
  • Support Product Management with major releases and projects as required, this includes working across the business to gather requirements, building and analysing reports, and supporting platform testing.
  • Support the Senior Product Manager with intake and implementation of BAU/ad hoc platform changes, from requirements gathering through to implementation and release. This will also involve working with our US platform provider.
  • Working closely with our Business Enablement team to support continuous improvement initiatives, operational insights and reporting.
  • Coordination of regular Product Meetings (including scheduling, material preparation and action tracking)
  • Engage in project and change management for the implementation of product releases.
  • Coordinate activities associated with the onboarding of new products/features

ABOUT YOU To be eligible for this position you must:

  • Have a degree
  • 2 years experience in a product role, credit role, product sales & marketing, business or working with internal business teams to deliver results
  • Have strong numerical, analysis and problem-solving skills – competent in using Excel at an advanced level.
  • Salesforce and Tableau highly regarded but not required.
  • Have experience working in either Technology or Finance organisations. Ideally have experience working with SaaS platform solutions or in a FinTech, desirable but not essential
  • Be very organized and can prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload in a busy, professional environment.
